Kanda Minazuki (水無月・神田 Minazuki Kanda) is the tritagonist and one of the main characters of Pokémon Fairytales: Daybreak Chapter. A mysterious transfer student in La Pucelle Academy as well as the classmate of Kisara Sejren and Tsuruya Yatogami, whom the latter he has a strange connection with. He is well known for being cold and aloof as well for having a mysterious past that he doesn't want to talk about and largely aware that he knew Tsuruya from the beginning, despite the two never happen to met before.
Kanda is a Level 7 Magician and also a member of Team Daybreak, albeit reluctantly due to the fact he is "forced" into joining it.
